Primary Function Of Position

Logit-Tag is widely considered one of the most exciting RFID inventory management companies in the world today. Surgical suites worldwide are changing the way high valued inventory is managed by utilizing our fully managed Saas platform with SmartCabinet, the ecosystem of supply chain management, to enhance their real-time data and greatly improve efficiencies. The Director of Sales will drive new business results.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Work with the Vice President of Business Development to develop a strategy to drive utilization of the SmartCabinet in OR Theaters & surgical suites.
  • Become an RFID expert across all primary surgical specialties in order to support the development of new SmartCabinet customers in the assigned territory
  • Support field efforts to achieve quarterly sales goals
  • Support regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and product adoption
  • Train and develop OR staff and supply chain professionals to support system management
  • Develop a SmartCabinet sales plan for each IDN and/or hospital to insure they are aware of SmartCabinet Logi-Tag Systems values and benefits
  • Drive utilization of the Logi-Tag Systems by working with surgical teams to select appropriate procedure applications
  • Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with key hospital staff and surgeon thought leaders to develop a qualified lead funnel in existing base
  • Drive sales of RFID tags and Saas seat license’s
  • Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures in CRM, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports, etc.
  • Lead surgical teams and supply chain through training sessions, helping them understand system operations, OR integration and SmartCabinet applications
  • Be a local resource to the supply chain team, providing guidance and insight on the use of the Logi-Tag Systems

Core Competencies, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of five years prior healthcare sales experience
  • Proven record of achievement and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, dependent upon account distribution
  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team

Front Desk & Customer Care

Location: Poleg Industrial Area, Netanya, Israel

Hours: 12:00 – 7:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday

This position is first and foremost to attend the entire cycle of customer care starting from the time an order came in, monitoring its delivery, issuing invoices and collection.

Additionally, the right candidate will ensure that all interactions between administration, employees, local and international customers and outside suppliers run as smoothly as possible.

• English mother tongue
• A minimum of 3-5 years front desk experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Highly motivated
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent customer service telephone skills
• Ability to multitask
• High energy & pleasant demeanor

The job entails:
• Attending to front desk duties -greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
• Direct communication with customers and international distributors
• Purchasing & collections
• Occasionally works on special projects.
